Her posts outline significant tax reductions and enhancements to existing credits aimed at benefiting American taxpayers, particularly those in North Dakota.

On June 20, 2025, Congresswoman Fedorchak highlighted that the bill "delivers the largest tax cut in American history." She emphasized that this would result in an additional $5,000 for Americans, with a notable decrease in their tax obligations. Specifically, individuals earning between $30,000 and $80,000 could expect to see approximately a 15% reduction in their taxes.

In another post from the same day, she enumerated reasons why these tax provisions are beneficial for North Dakotans. "Here are 5 reasons why the tax provisions included in the One Big Beautiful Bill are great news for hardworking North Dakotans," she stated.

Additionally, Congresswoman Fedorchak pointed out a specific enhancement within the bill regarding family support. On June 20, 2025, she noted that "it increases the child tax credit to $2,500 per child."
