Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak (R-ND) will hold the sixth installment of her Fedorchak Forum: Conversations with Constituents on Tuesday, October 21. The event is scheduled from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. Central Time (4:30 to 5:15 p.m. Mountain Time). The forum is part of a series aimed at engaging with North Dakotans, answering their questions, and discussing legislative priorities.

Fedorchak addressed the ongoing government shutdown in her statement: “While I’m hopeful that by the time we hold this forum, Senate Democrats will have chosen commonsense and voted to reopen the government, it’s important that those affected by the shutdown have the opportunity to get answers and support,” Fedorchak said. “I’m looking forward to another great discussion and hearing directly from North Dakotans about what’s on their minds.”

To participate in the forum, North Dakota residents are required to sign up on Representative Fedorchak’s website by 12:00 p.m. Central Time on October 21. Those who wish to listen can access a broadcast of the forum on her website.

A list of resources is available for individuals affected by the government shutdown. Updates about the forum and other news can be found by subscribing to Representative Fedorchak’s newsletter or following her on X (formerly Twitter) and Facebook.
