Valley City-Barnes County issued the following announcement on April 5.
TL Childcare center is looking to fill a few full time assistant teachers positions in our preschool room and Infant room/Toddler room. We are open 6:30 am to 6:00 pm with multiple shift options available. We are open Monday through Friday, which still allows for plenty of time to get dinner on the table and kids tucked in bed, and still have a social life!
We are hiring staff that can meet the following criteria:
● 18 years or older
● Have Current Driver's License or State Issued Identification-for fingerprinting
● Current CPR/First Aid (or willing to get upon hire)
● Pass a State Background Screening
● Physical Requirements
● Observe, see, hear, and respond to the children’s needs, emergencies, and conflicts that might occur in a classroom, on the playground, in restrooms, and common areas
● Lift 30 pounds from the floor to a waist-high piece of furniture
● Crouch to a child’s height, maintain eye contact at the child’s level
Incentive bonuses and referral bonuses are offered. TLChildcare pays you to do your training’s every year and we offer a $200 sign on bonus.
