This means more freedom to invest, expand, and help grow our local economies. In another post on August 21, 2025, Fedorchak addressed regulatory changes affecting businesses. She said, "The Biden administration’s “Once In Always In” rule would have crushed businesses like Hebron Brick with unnecessary regulations. Earlier this year, @POTUS signed my legislation into law to repeal this harmful rule that penalizes businesses for reducing emissions. Watch:" The "Once In Always In" policy previously required facilities classified as major sources of hazardous air pollutants to maintain stringent controls even if their emissions dropped below thresholds; its repeal aimed to provide regulatory relief for such businesses.
