Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak (R-ND) participated in the 2025 Congressional Women’s Softball Game for charity, held in Washington, D.C. Team Congress secured a victory with a score of 5-3 against the press team known as "Bad News Babes."

The game has been an annual tradition since 2009. In 2010, Congresswomen invited the women of the Washington, D.C. press corps to join as their opponents. The event raises funds for Young Survival Coalition, which supports young adult women diagnosed with breast cancer.

Fedorchak shared with Gray TV that the bipartisan event has “helped to break down some barriers and get to know people on a personal level.”

During the game, Fedorchak slid home to tie the teams at 1-1. She was later named Rookie of the Year by Representatives Stephanie Bice (R-OK) and Debbie Wasserman Schultz (R-FL).
