On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Kindred High School standout Abby Duchscherer’s current college team, the Alabama Crimson Tide, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Virginia Tech Hokies.

The game took place at John and Ann Rhoads Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Hokies this season.

The Crimson Tide’s next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 4 p.m. at John and Ann Rhoads Softball Stadium against UAB Blazers.
