The City of Fargo’s Department of Planning and Development is seeking community input for the Fargo Growth Plan. This plan is being completed in an effort to provide The City of Fargo with updated direction on where and how to grow in the coming decades. The last growth plan for The City of Fargo was adopted in 2007.

Community members are encouraged to add their voice to the conversation by attending the first of several Open House Meetings. Community members will have the opportunity to learn more about the Fargo Growth Plan efforts, engage with project representatives and provide feedback on questions related to growth and development. There will not be a formal presentation. These meetings will follow an open-house format, which will allow community members to come and go at their convenience.

• Tuesday, June 20 from 5 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the Community Room located at Dr. James Carlson Library (2801 32nd Ave. S.)

Wednesday, June 21 from 5 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the Sky Commons Conference Center located on the second floor of the Fargo Civic Center (207 4 St. N.)Community members who are unable to attend one of the in-person events are encouraged to participate in a virtual Open House, which will be available June 20 through June 21. For more information, please visit FargoGrowthPlan.org.

Members of several City of Fargo boards and commissions have been invited to attend these events; as a result, quorums may occur.
