Several chances to visit in November

Students looking for information about NDSU’s programs and campus life have several opportunities to visit in November.

The College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences; School of Design Architecture and Arts; College of Human Sciences and Education; and College of Engineering are scheduled to host prospective students. November also features Indigenous Student Day, which includes a resource fair, welcome and blessing, campus tour, lunch and breakout sessions.

Visit day participants can connect with current students, faculty and staff, while learning about support services, financial aid, the application process and more.

Interested students can select an area of interest and register for a visit at the NDSU Visit Day website.

Friday, Nov. 4

College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences

Opportunities within the college include agricultural communication, anthropology, criminal justice, emergency management, English, history, journalism, management communication, music, philosophy, political science, public history, sociology, Spanish, strategic communication theatre arts and women and gender studies.

School of Design, Architecture and Arts

Opportunities within the school include architecture, environmental design/landscape architecture, graphic art, interior design and visual arts. Tour Renaissance Hall in downtown Fargo, which is home to the School of Design, Architecture and Arts.

Saturday, Nov. 5

College of Human Sciences and Education

Opportunities within the college include apparel, retail merchandising and design; elementary education; exercise science; hospitality and event management; human development and family science; interior design; nutrition science; pre-physical therapy; secondary education; social work; and sport management.

Thursday, Nov. 17

Indigenous Student Day

The event is intended for Indigenous community members who have an interest in attending NDSU.

Saturday, Nov. 19

College of Engineering

Opportunities within the college include civil engineering, construction engineering, construction management, environmental engineering, industrial engineering and management, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, and general engineering.
