Hey Pianists! Wanna come try out our 150-year-old Square Grand Piano? Lance Hites was here today and doing his best to get it working properly. It is a very different playing experience than a modern piano. It isn't to A-440....this is OLDER than that standard tuning for a piano. The hammers go UP from below to hit the strings. It isn't 100% perfect, it might never be, but Lance has it pretty good for not being playable for the last 100 years or so.
