Nursing and Allied Health Instructor

Position Information

Full-time 10 to 12-month, benefited position

LOCATION:  Valley City, ND.

JOB SUMMARY:  Dakota College at Bottineau (DCB) is seeking an instructor to teach nursing and allied health courses In Valley City, ND.  The person selected for this position will be responsible for teaching and evaluating student learning in the following programs: EKG technology (online), practical nursing, and associate degree nursing, The person will also be responsible for marketing, promoting, and coordinating the online EKG technology courses.  This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Successful teaching experience or equivalent professional experience. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master of Science in Nursing, Nursing Education, or related area, or currently enrolled in a master's degree program.  Previous experience coordinating educational programs, teaching college-level courses, and/or teaching online courses.   

SALARY:  Competitive salary based on education and experience.
