Did you know? Many WIC-eligible cereals are made with whole grains, low in sugar, and fortified with essential nutrients like iron, folate, and B vitamins. Eating cereal with milk adds bone-building calcium and vitamin D. For even more nutrients, add banana slices or berries on top! #momstrong
