Cass County North Dakota issued the following announcement on April 1.
Cass County will celebrate National County Government Month (NCGM) during the month of April to showcase how the county provides services and programs to residents to achieve a vibrant and safe community. Follow the Cass County Government Facebook and Twitter pages this month for information and updates on each of the county's departments and how they help provide services to our residents.
The theme for this year’s celebration of NCGM is “Counties THRIVE,” demonstrating how counties help to improve people’s lives every day, especially for local government workers on the frontlines of the coronavirus pandemic.
This year NACo will continue the “I Love My County Because” art contest. This is an opportunity for children and young adults ages 18 and under to create artwork during NCGM for NACo’s 2023 “Counties Matter” calendar.
