Rural Cass County Emergency Food Pantry issued the following announcement on March 20.
Wow!!! The Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts, from troop 241, in Casselton, collected and delivered over 900 pounds of non-perishable items to the food pantry this morning. A Huge thank you goes out to all of you and the residents of Casselton and Mapleton who so generously donated to us. You have helped to replenish our shelves and we are ever so grateful.
