Cass County North Dakota issued the following announcement on March 25.
Board of Equalization meetings for Cass County cities and townships will begin next week and continue throughout the month of April. These meetings are an opportunity for residents to discuss property valuations and get any questions answered regarding assessments for real property. A full schedule of the meetings can be found at www.casscountynd.gov/equalization.
The Cass County Assessment Office encourages anyone with questions about their valuation to contact their office prior to the meeting so members of their staff can review the property individually. Property information can be found at cass.northdakotaassessors.com. Residents can also visit www.casscountynd.gov/property to research market activity in the county.
