Tower City ranked 108th among cities in North Dakota by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The median income of Tower City residents was $36,591 per year, adjusted for inflation. It had 127 households with a population of 280.

The city with the highest median resident income in the state was Nash with $128,631 per year after adjusting for inflation – $92,040 more than Tower City. It had 26 households with a population of 47.

The city with the lowest median resident income in the state was Fort Totten with $11,488 per year after adjusting for inflation – $25,103 less than Tower City. It had 268 households with a population of 1,311.
