On Sunday, March 23, former Sheyenne High School standout Makenna Alexander’s current college team, the North Dakota Fighting Hawks, lost 10-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the South Dakota Coyotes.

The game took place at Nygaard Field. This was their third matchup against the Coyotes this season.

The Fighting Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 1 p.m. at Connie Claussen Field against Omaha Mavericks.
