The North Dakota State athletic department announced on Mar. 16 that tickets for the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament first round game against Michigan State will be available to the public starting Monday at 1 p.m. Central Time.
This information is important for fans who want to attend the game in Buffalo, New York, at KeyBank Center on Thursday. The NCAA provides a limited number of tickets to participating schools for the first and second rounds.
According to the announcement, North Dakota State’s pool of tickets is currently in pre-sale for Team Makers groups and will open to the general public through GoBison.com/tickets. Tickets are priced at $175 each and are valid only for Thursday’s session, which includes both the Bison’s matchup with Michigan State and the Louisville vs. South Florida game earlier in the day.
The athletic department said online sales are preferred, but phone and walk-up purchases will also be accepted on Monday. All tickets are mobile and will be transferred via TicketMaster on Wednesday. There are no refunds, and ticketholders will automatically be charged for a second-round ticket if North Dakota State advances.
The No. 14 seed Bison are scheduled to play No. 3 seed Michigan State at approximately 4:05 p.m. Eastern Time (3:05 p.m. Central Time) following the opening game between Louisville and South Florida.
