She said, “The Biden administration’s “Once In Always In” rule would have crushed businesses like Hebron Brick with unnecessary regulations. Earlier this year, @POTUS signed my legislation into law to repeal this harmful rule that penalizes businesses for reducing emissions. Watch:” The “Once In Always In” policy previously required facilities classified as major sources of hazardous air pollutants to maintain stringent controls even if their emissions dropped below thresholds; its repeal aimed to provide regulatory relief for such businesses.
