On November 3, 2025, Fedorchak posted about an upcoming radio appearance: ” About to join the Steve Hallstrom Show! Tune in below:

Two days later, on November 5, she announced her participation in a live event focused on North Dakota’s energy sector alongside EPA official Lee Zeldin and Governor Armstrong. The tweet read: ” Joining @EPALeeZeldin and @GovArmstrong for an exciting announcement about our state’s energy future! Watch live ↓

.

On November 6, Fedorchak highlighted a significant regulatory milestone for North Dakota’s environmental management: “North Dakota has proven that environmental stewardship and energy development go hand in hand.

Thanks to @EPALeeZeldin, North Dakota just became the fourth state in the U.S. to have an approved coal combustion residuals program! https://t.co/ZkVfTTYzTd“.

Coal combustion residuals (CCR) programs regulate the disposal of byproducts from coal-fired power plants. Approval of such programs by the Environmental Protection Agency allows states to manage CCR disposal according to federal standards while tailoring oversight to local conditions. North Dakota joins three other states with similar approval status as of late 2025.

Fedorchak’s recent posts reflect ongoing efforts within North Dakota to balance resource development with environmental protections. Her engagement with both state and federal officials highlights continued collaboration on regulatory matters impacting energy production and ecological stewardship.
